    • Worthington Valley in Owings Mills did sell the land to a developer and since the building was in terrrible condition as well as the grounds, the owners thought it best to sell the prime land.

Tees: Red - 4,938; White - 5,817; Blue - 6,220

Recommended best playing times: Monday through Friday

Time spacing at first tee: 8 minutes

Difficulty getting playing times on weekends: Walk-ons always welcome, tee times can be reserved up to week in advance.

Cost per round: Weekdays: $16 for 9 holes, $26 for 18 (twilight $20 after 4 p.m., $15 after 5 p.m.; early bird special $20 w/cart 7-9 a.m. 9 holes only, Mon.-Fri.)


Weekends and holidays: $18 for 9 holes, $31 for 18 (twilight $15 after 5 p.m.). Junior and senior rates available.

Cost of golf cart: $9 per player for nine holes, $13 for 18 holes

Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover

Pro Shop: Balls, tees, gloves, hats. No clubs.

Services/Amenities available: Full snack bar, grass driving range, practice bunkers, putting green, lessons available, club rental.

Clubhouse: Lockers.
