    • Worthington Valley in Owings Mills did sell the land to a developer and since the building was in terrrible condition as well as the grounds, the owners thought it best to sell the prime land.

Course description: Rye grass tees & fairways, bentgrass greens. Opened in 2000, owned and operated by 1492 Hospitality Group.

Tees: Gold - 6,969 yards; Black - 6,570; White - 6,146; Blue - 5,279.

Best times: Weekdays early or late

Time spacing: 10 minutes

Weekend time: Call several days in advance

Cost per round: Jan-Feb. $65.


April - October: Monday-Thursday, 18 holes $79; twilight (after 2:30) $65. Weekends and holidays, 18 holes, $89; twilight $65.


Winter (November - March): 18 holes $65; twilight $49.

Rates include range balls and cart.

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

Services: Pro on site, instruction, club cleaning, driving range, putting greens, sand trap practice, chipping/pitching greens, restaurant/clubhouse, rental clubs, food/beverages. Coolers are prohibited on the course and alcoholic beverages must be purchased on the property.

Clubhouse: Showers, towel service, lockers.
