    • Worthington Valley in Owings Mills did sell the land to a developer and since the building was in terrrible condition as well as the grounds, the owners thought it best to sell the prime land.

Course description: 36-hole championship facility, designed by Lindsay Ervin, offers beautiful bent grass greens, tees, fairways, and picturesque views. The first 18 holes opened Oct., 2003, the second 18 in the summer of 2004.

Tees: (North & West nines) Black 7,055, Blue 6,651, White 6,107, Gold 5,688, Red 4,643

Time spacing: 8 minute intervals

Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Cost Per Round: Monday-Thursday, $30 after 12 p.m., $40 before 12 p.m.


Friday-Sunday, $45 before 12 p.m., $35 after 12 p.m.

Cart fee: Included.

Pro shop: Full service pro shop with clothing and accessories.

Clubhouse: Grille with seating for 70 people.

Amenities: Book tee times online through course Web site.
