    • Worthington Valley in Owings Mills did sell the land to a developer and since the building was in terrrible condition as well as the grounds, the owners thought it best to sell the prime land.

Course description: Par 72, course opened in 1927, redesigned and expanded to 18 holes by Russell Roberts in 1992. Fast bent grass greens, Rye grass fairways and rough. Water on 9 holes. Hole No. 4 is an island green par 3. Holes 9, 10 and 18 on the Choptank River.

Tees: Blue - 6,387 yards; White - 6,114; Gold - 5,589; Red - 5,416

Recommended best playing times: All except weekend mornings.

Time spacing at first tee on busy weekends: 10 minutes

Difficulty getting playing times on weekends: Not difficult
