    • Worthington Valley in Owings Mills did sell the land to a developer and since the building was in terrrible condition as well as the grounds, the owners thought it best to sell the prime land.

Course description: Paul Hicks design (1989). Par 71. Water in play on 7 holes.

Tees: Blue - 6,319 yards; White - 6,135; Red - 5,397

Recommended best playing times: Senior men's groups play Tuesday and Thursday mornings (open before 8:30 or after 10). Wednesday evenings (starting mid-May) are 9-hole ladies league. Late mornings are usually open on weekends.

Time spacing at first tee on busy weekends: every 8 minutes.

Difficulty getting playing times on weekends: Lots of outings are booked, so call first. Tee times are taken 10 days in advance.

Weekend and holiday: $35, twilight $25 (times depending on season).


Junior and senior rates available seven days a week. Senior special on Wednesdays: $23 including cart.

Cost for carts: Included in greens fees

Services/Amenities available: Lessons, memberships available, putting green, driving range, snack bar.
