Tiger Woods has added former White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer to his team according to the New York Post. The pair are reportedly discussing a return to golf at the Arnold Palmer Invitational later this month. The Post story also quotes an unnamed source as saying that Palmer himself has confirmed Woods' participation in the tournament.
Fleischer who founded his own sports communications firm is 2008 has aided disgraced slugger Mark McGwire in his return to Major League Baseball.
If Woods decides to return sonner he could play at the made-for-TV Tavistock cup event played at Isleworth C.C. where Woods lives. It's played on March 22nd, and 23rd and broadcast on Golf Channel. The tournament is closed to most other media and the gallery is made up only of people who live at Isleworth or Lake Nona golf communities.
