Robin went 026-0.00 in the Shot Put at Region I Championships, placing 11th.
Robin got a new season best of 027-6.00 in the Shot Put at Bay Rivers District Championships, placing 6th.
Our 4x800 relay could still be strong, so keep an eye out for them. With the addition of Mia Cherry and the hope of Michelle Speede coming back, we could put together a respectable 4x200m relay with Yang and Powell
WHAT DOES YOUR TEAM HAVE TO DO TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
if we can turn some of the field hockey girls on this roster into sprinters we could be competitive in the district. Michelle Speede has been rehabbing her knee and she hopes to be able to begin competing in May. We are going to begin working with more field event girls hoping to find a diamond in the rough. I'd love to be pleasantly surprised!
