Jason Pridie’s three-run triple to right field in the ninth inning sent the Norfolk Tides (7-6) to a 4-3 win Tuesday night over the Gwinnett Braves (6-7) in Lawrenceville, Ga.

Eastern League:

The Richmond Flying Squirrels (5-7) were tied at 1 in the top of the 10th inning against the Altoona Curve (4-7) when their game in Pennsylvania was suspended because of weather.

Richmond was one strike away from victory before yielding a run to the Pittsburgh Pirates' Double-A affiliate in the ninth.

The teams will resume play at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, then play their regularly scheduled matinee.
