No. 6 Notre Dame (7-0) at No. 18 Loyola (5-3)
Sunday, 1 p.m.
Outlook: The Greyhounds have beaten the Fighting Irish only twice in eight meetings, but both wins came last season, including a 12-10 victory in the Big East Conference tournament final. Notre Dame scores nearly five goals more per game than Loyola, but the Greyhounds have played a much tougher schedule, defeating three of the five Top 20 teams they've played, including Saturday's 15-14 overtime win at then-No. 12 Georgetown. Loyola's anchor is its veteran defense. An offense that relies on underclassmen and hasn't gotten a single point from a senior will need to play smart and settled ball.Copyright © 2014, The Baltimore Sun
