Duke lacrosse player Collin Finnerty photographed by the Durham County Detention Facility in Durham, N.C., on April 18. Finnerty was arrested and charged with first degree forceable rape, first degree sexual assault and kidnapping in the case involving an exotic dancer who allegedly was raped while dancing at a party thrown by members of the Duke Lacrosse team.
