18 holes with Lin Brehmer

After finding a "miracle parking spot" on the corner of North and Damen, Brehmer spotted an old PR buddy who waved him in.

Brehmer so loves the Stones that he shelled out $250 to sit in section 333 at the United Center on Tuesday.

"You'd think that Mick (Jagger) would thank me for that hourlong interview I did with him for the solo album," he joked.

Brehmer's favorite new artists include the Lumineers, the Civil Wars and Laura Marling. One show he will not miss this summer is Pearl Jam, who will perform at Wrigley Field on July 19.

He also won't miss any tee times, even if the game he loves doesn't always love him back.

"My only ambition today was not to humiliate myself," he said after a chunk-filled quadruple bogey on our 15th hole. "And I even failed at that."
