JD Abbott ran for two first-half touchdowns as Johns Hopkins beat Moravian, 52-14, on Saturday.
The Blue Jays (3-0) scored on their first six possessions to beat the host Greyhounds (0-3). Johns Hopkins ran for 264 yards and five touchdowns to lead 38-0 at halftime.
Ryan Rice intercepted a pass by Robbie Moyer and returned it for a touchdown two plays into the third quarter to make it 45-0. Quarterback Robbie Matey was 15-for-20 with 127 passing yards and rushed for 47 yards and a touchdown while playing only in the first half. Brandon Cherry (Boys' Latin) ran for a team-high 87 yards, including a 34-yarder and a touchdown.
Frostburg State 36, Case Western 33: Freshman Isaac Robinson kicked a 19-yard field goal with 3seconds left to beat the Spartans (1-2) in a come-from-behind home victory. With the game tied at 33, the Bobcats (1-2) went 93 yards in 2:45, including a 30-yard pass from Ken Emmons to Haydan Roberts on fourth-and-11 at the Case Western 34-yard line. Robinson missed two extra-point attempts before kicking the game-winning field goal, his first college attempt. Frostburg ran for 281 yards and threw for 286.
Bowie State 16, Concord 10: Keith Brown ran for two touchdowns and the Bulldogs (2-1) scored all of their points in the second quarter to beat the Mountain Lions (2-1) at home.
Salisbury 28, N.C. Wesleyan 10: The visiting Sea Gulls (1-2) ran for 245 yards and three touchdowns to beat the Battling Bishops (0-3) on the road. Ten players ran the ball at least twice for Salisbury.
