Morgan State (0-2, 0-0 MEAC) vs. Robert Morris (0-2, 0-0 NEC)
Time: Saturday, 1 p.m.
Site: Hughes Stadium
Radio: 88.9 FM
Series: First meeting
What's at stake: At home for the first time this season, the Bears are hoping to reverse their fortunes the past two weeks. In road games against Towson and Bowling Green, Morgan has been outscored 100-16. Bears coach Donald Hill-Eley is 8-1 in home openers. The Colonials are also seeking their first win of the season, having lost to Dayton and Liberty.
Key matchup: Colonials QB Jeff Sinclair led the team to a playoff appearance last season with 22 touchdown passes. The Bears will need to counter his playmaking ability if they hope to win. In two games, the Bears have allowed more than 7 yards a play and more than 500 yards of offense a game. Sinclair has struggled this season, though, completing just 44 percent of his passes.
Players to watch: Morgan freshman LB Michael Dallas II made the most of his first career start, posting 11 tackles against Bowling Green last week. The Miami native started the season as a backup but has quickly made an impact in his first year on the field. Colonials WR Anthony Coleman and TE Shadrae King lead the team with seven receptions each.
Note: Towson has a bye this week.Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
