Towson (3-1) finished the game with 24 turnovers and shot 31 percent from the field. The Tigers were 2-for-17 from 3-point range and 8-for-19 at the free-throw line.
Towson's Jerrelle Benimon, coming off a career-high 32 points against Temple on Thursday, was held to 11 points on just eight shots.
Marcus Damas, who had scored in double figures in each of the first three games, missed all eight of his shots and went scoreless.
UMBC 90, Mount St. Mary's 84, OT: The host Retrievers (2-2) rallied from a 23-point second-half deficit to earn an overtime win against the Mount (0-4).
Mount St. Mary's shot 50 percent in the game but committed a season-high 20 turnovers. The Retrievers shot 40 percent but held a 53-33 rebounding advantage.
The Mount's Julian Norfleet scored a career-high 28 points, while Rodney Elliott led UMBC with 26 points.
Johns Hopkins 77, Washington & Jefferson 72: The Blue Jays (1-1) erased a 10-point second-half deficit to knock off Washington & Jefferson (0-2) in the consolation game of the Mike Durgala Memorial Tournament.
Bryn Mawr 48, Notre Dame Maryland 45: The Owls (1-1) beat the Gators (0-2) in the consolation game of the 2013 Women's College Tip-Off Tournament.
Coppin State hit two shots in the game's first 57 seconds but was then held without a field goal for more than 11 minutes. Kyra Coleman led the Eagles with 14 points.
Iona 64, Navy 61: The host Midshipmen (2-1) lost to the Gaels (3-2) after making just 19.5 percent of their shots from the field over the first 20 minutes.
Illinois Wesleyan 90, Salisbury 72: The Sea Gulls (1-1) lost to the Titans (2-0) during the second day of the Johns Hopkins Tournament.
St. Lawrence 62, Stevenson 48: Led by 16 points by sophomore Stephanie Martinez and 13 points from junior Kyarra Harmon, the Mustangs (0-2) lost to the Saints in the consolation game of the 30th annual Emmanuel College Invitationl at Jean Yawkey Center.
