Children 4 and older are welcome to join their parents and other hikers on this easy three-miler through the woods, along the river and across the swinging bridge to Cascade Falls and the Hilton Tire Park. Some small hills and stream crossings. Wear layered clothes and sturdy shoes. Bring water, snacks and lunch. $2 guest fee for non-Mountain Club of Maryland members.
