He'll discuss the Careful Catch program and CBF's State of the Bay report as it applies to anglers. The meeting will be at the Patapsco Council No. 1960 Knights of Columbus Hall at 1010 Frederick Road, Catonsville. Please use the Beaumont Avenue (side) entrance.
