Steele Stanwick (Loyola) set a career-high at Mile High Friday night, scoring six goals to power No. 6 Virginia past Penn, 10-8, at the Mile High Classic in Denver.
Stanwick moved up to No. 22 on the all-time career points list in men's lacrosse with 260. Virginia has won four straight against the Quakers (3-10).
No. 2 Massachusetts 17, Delaware 6: Will Manny had six goals to power the visiting Minutemen (13-0, 6-0 Colonial Athletic Association) past the Blue Hens (6-9, 1-5).
No. 10 Colgate 14, No. 19 Bucknell 9: Pat Baum had five goals and four assists to set a Patriot League tournament record for the host Raiders (12-2).
Harvard 7, No. 10 Dartmouth 5: The host Crimson (9-6, 5-2 Ivy League) scored six goals in the second half to upset the Big Green (10-4, 5-2).
No. 9 Massachusetts 17, George Washington 3: The Minutewomen (17-1) opened with a 5-0 run and shut out the Colonials (10-7) in the second half of an Atlantic 10 semifinal at Richmond.
No. 2 Syracuse 13, No. 14 Loyola 12: Hannah Schmitt had six goals, but the Greyhounds (10-5, 6-1 Big East) fell short. The host Orange improved to 14-2, 7-0.
No. 17 Towson 12, Drexel 11: Andi Raymond scored twice and had four assists as the host Tigers (14-3) held off the Dragons (11-6) in a Colonial Athletic Association semifinal.
Mount St. Mary's 7, Sacred Heart 4: Jen Semler (Perry Hall) had two goals and an assist in the first half and Brigid McTavish (South Carroll) made 10 saves as the visiting Mount (8-10) upset the top-seeded host Pioneers (8-9) in a Northeast Conference semifinal.
Navy 14, American 7: The host Mids (7-10), led by Aimee Gennaro with four goals, beat the Eagles (7-10) in a Patriot League semifinal.
