The Ravens have certainly had more highs than lows in their 15 years here. There was the Super Bowl in 2000. They have drafted at least three Hall-of-Famers -- Jonathan Ogden, Ray Lewis and Ed Reed -- who have racked up a bunch of individual accolades. And the team has planted deep roots in the Baltimore community.
That’s what makes this a painful, but interesting debate.
Florio covered all bases in his list. His worst moment for the Ravens was actually three moments -- their three playoff losses to the Steelers, including last season’s 31-24 come-from-ahead loss in Pittsburgh. Second on the list was the playoff loss to the Colts in 2006, followed by the wild-card loss to Gary Anderson and the Titans in 2006, and Ray Lewis’ arrest in Atlanta and the linebacker eventually pleading guilty to obstruction of justice charges.
