Kai Locksley, Gilman football player

With the graduation of All-Metro first-team quarterback Zach Abey (Spalding), Locksley should be the area's best under center next season. He's already the one with the most famous father. The 6-foot-3, 188-pound "athlete" already has offers from Florida State and Auburn, tonight's BCS national title game finalists, and Alabama, the two-time defending champion. But most expect a family reunion of sorts: His father, Mike, is Maryland's offensive coordinator. Locksley's one to watch not only for his play with the Greyhounds, but also for what his recruitment will reveal about the Terps. If he's not set to go to College Park, it's probably because his father and his boss, Randy Edsall, after their inaugural season in the Big Ten Conference, have been told not to come back. -- Jonas Shaffer, Sports Producer/Editor
