Fantasy football projections for the Ravens' offensive stars
Fantasy draft season is well underway, so this may be a touch late. But with the Ravens' starters taking the week off and not playing in the fourth preseason game against New Orleans, why not keep them in the spotlight? The fantasy football experts have crunched their numbers and come up with projections for the offensive outputs for the Ravens' stars this year. They don't paint a full picture of how the team should fare, but at this point in the preseason, what more could we ask for?

RB Bernard Pierce( Doug Kapustin, Baltimore Sun / August 11, 2014 )
ESPN: 526 rushing yards, three touchdowns; 110 receiving yards (No. 43 RB)
NFL.com: 715 rushing yards, six touchdowns; 190 receiving yards, one touchdown (No. 37 RB)
Yahoo (via Pro Football Focus): 716 rushing yards, four touchdowns; 180 receiving yards (No. 36 RB)
Analysis: Pierce should have a chance to earn the starting job permanently during Rice's suspension, so he could have a lot of value in the right fantasy situation. I was burned by him last year, so I'm not touching that, but any of these projections probably would have made me happy last season.
