David Lough's putout of David Ortiz reminiscent of 'Major League'

It was one of the unsung moments of Sunday’s game, but David Lough’s pinpoint throw from left field to nail David Ortiz at second base in the 12th inning was also one of the funniest.

Several people have pointed out the similarities of Ortiz being out by so much Sunday and the Willie Mays Hayes scene in Major League, when Hayes slides short and doesn’t make it to the base.

All that was missing was the taunting shortstop, though I think J.J. Hardy is above that.
