The Ravens returned four starters from an offensive line that played very well in the team's Super Bowl run last year, but that group has not come close to matching that lofty level of play this season. Gino Gradkowski, who replaced Matt Birk at center, is still finding his way. The tackle play has been so poor that the Ravens just uncharacteristically made a midseason trade for left tackle Eugene Monroe. Even Marshal Yanda, one of the NFL's nastiest guards, has had rough patches. These guys need to get it going.
