3. Robert Griffin III, Washington Redskins

This was a lost season for Griffin. He did not look like the dynamic rookie we saw in 2012 after suffering a torn ACL a year ago, he feuded with now-former Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan and he was benched for the final three weeks. But he still has a sublime skill set that is unlike anything we have seen before in the NFL. Griffin has sprinter speed, an accurate arm and the ability to throw deep when he needs to -- attributes that were on display in his rookie year when he threw for 3,200 yards and rushed for another 815. The biggest challenge for the 23-year-old will be learning how to stay out of harm¿s way.
