Worthington Valley in Owings Mills did sell the land to a developer and since the building was in terrrible condition as well as the grounds, the owners thought it best to sell the prime land.

Anybody played Nutters Crossing on the ES recently? Last time I played it the Bermuda fwys were just starting to fill in. Is that obnoxious drill-sargeant starter still there? What a personality (or lack thereof) that guy had.

I recently palyed Mountain Branch in Harford County, this course is way over-priced. I only live several miles from this course but I drive to Penns to play becuase the Price is Right. Even in the tee-time book you don't get much of a discount. $50 golf course at the most. Priceless

This golf course (Compass Point)which wasn't suppose to cost the tax payer a single nickle is a disaster. I live in Anne Arundel county but I would rather drive across town to play in a nice well maintained golf course at half the price.

Terrible course, very poor condition. Most holes are just straighaways, no water. Entire sides of greens carved up by bulldozers and left muddy and bare. Fairways are like concrete. 7-22-05
