Quarterback Joe Flacco, shown during a 2010 win over Miami, had arguably the worst game of his career last week in a 23-20 loss to the Buffalo Bills. He has a strong track record of bouncing back after games with three interceptions or more, though, having won every following game. During his rookie season in 2008, Flacco was intercepted three times in a loss to the Indianapolis Colts. The following week, he had one touchdown and no interceptions in a win over the Dolphins. In 2009, Flacco had three interceptions against the Green Bay Packers, then one touchdown and no interceptions the following week against the Detroit Lions. In 2010, Flacco threw four interceptions in a loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. The next week, Flacco had three touchdowns and no interceptions in a win over the Cleveland Browns. The Dolphins rank 27th in total defense, 24th against the pass and 10th against the run. They struggled against New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees in a 38-17 loss Monday night. Given Flacco's past, a repeat performance could unfold.
