Maryland slips to second in AP tests for the first time in a decade


Without a first-round selection, the Ravens' top pick was defensive lineman Dwan Edwards at 51st overall. He played five seasons in Baltimore. The Ravens had traded the rights to their first-round pick to New England the year before for the chance to draft Kyle Boller. The Patriots used that No. 21 pick in '04 to take Vince Wilfork.
