November 9 - President Bush releases 'Decision Points'

On November 9, former <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PEPLT000857" title="George W. Bush" href="/topic/politics/government/presidents-of-the-united-states/george-w.-bush-PEPLT000857.topic">President George W. Bush</a> released his first post-presidency book called 'Decision Points'.  In the book Bush explained some of the more difficult points in his presidency, including squabbles between himself and <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PEPLT007400" title="Dick Cheney" href="/topic/politics/government/dick-cheney-PEPLT007400.topic">Dick Cheney</a> over <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB005324" title="Lewis Libby" href="/topic/politics/government/lewis-libby-PECLB005324.topic">Scooter Libby</a>, waterboarding, and being told by <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB004230" title="Kanye West" href="/topic/entertainment/music/kanye-west-PECLB004230.topic">Kanye West</a> that he doesn't care about black people.  The former president hit the talk show circuit upon the release, doing interviews with <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB002940" title="Matt Lauer" href="/topic/arts-culture/mass-media/news-media/matt-lauer-PECLB002940.topic">Matt Lauer</a> of the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ENTTV0000000717" title="Today (tv program)" href="/topic/arts-culture/mass-media/news-media/today-%28tv-program%29-ENTTV0000000717.topic">'Today Show'</a> and <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB003008" title="Jay Leno" href="/topic/entertainment/jay-leno-PECLB003008.topic">Jay Leno</a> on the 'Tonight Show'.
