If you're an "American Idol" fanatic, then you should recognize this young lady, even though she's dropped 75 pounds! Mandisa, who wowed viewers during the show's 5th season, did cardio five days a week, ate salads, lean meats and fiber, in order to lead a healthier lifestyle. The 32-year-old Grammy-nominated Christian singer told People magazine that her goal is to lose 100 pounds.
