"The Daily Show With Jon Stewart" has found its newest correspondent.

Upright Citizens Brigade's Jordan Klepper replaces John Oliver, who recently departed the show for his own HBO project. He'll make his first appearance "live" from Ukraine at 11 p.m. tonight ET.

Klepper, who hails from Kalamazoo, Michigan, spent three years as a regular performer at the UCB Theatre in New York and has written and appeared in comedy shorts for UCB Comedy. He and his wife, Laura Grey, also created, wrote and starred in the short film "TMI," which was a featured short at Slamdance in 2012. Their latest short, "Peepers," will premiere at this year's South by Southwest.
