Alec Baldwin lands a guest spot.
Baldwin will guest-star on NBC's "Law & Order: SVU," Variety has confirmed, though details regarding his role are still hush-hush. As first reported by E! Online, his episode will be helmed by "SVU" star Mariska Hargitay and is expected to air this spring.
Role on the Peacock's venerable procedural marks Baldwin's first acting gig since "30 Rock," which came to a close on NBC last year. On the feature film side, he recently appeared in Woody Allen's "Blue Jasmine."
