Arranger and composer Allyn Ferguson died June23, 2010, at his California home. The Emmy-winner co-wrote numerous television show theme songs including "Barney Miller," <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ENTTV0000387" title="Charlie's Angels (tv program)" href="/topic/entertainment/television/charlies-angels-%28tv-program%29-ENTTV0000387.topic">"Charlie's Angels,"</a> "The Rookies," "Starsky and Hutch" and "Police Story" among others. Ferguson was 85.
