Here's what we're reading this morning.
* The Orlando Sentinel reports that roughly half of uninsured Floridians should be able to buy health insurance for about $100 per month, according to a new report.
* The state may have signed off on teacher pay raises, but Broward and Palm Beach teachers haven't seen them yet, the Sun Sentinel writes.
* The Times/Herald reports that the state Board of Education named Pam Stewart the new commissioner of education. Stewart has previously served as interim commissioner.
* WFSU writes that a new group is examining STD rates in Leon County, which are among the worst in the state.
