Cojimar, Cuba

Children frolic on a rocky beach in the town of Cojimar, a small fishing village, five miles east of Havana. Cojimar was the launching point for thousands of rafters trying to flee Cuba in the summer of 1994 after President Fidel Castro announced his government would no longer stop boats or rafts leaving Cuba.
