Arrests in Baltimore for illegal guns often lead to dropped charges or little jail time

Sonja Borrero holds a photograph of her 2-year-old grandson Joseph. She doesn't know where she is going to live. She has had a heart attack, undergone triple bypass surgery, lost a favorite cat to leukemia and feared for her own life when nearby mobile homes went up in flames. Last week she suffered another tragedy when Jenna, her 22-year-old daughter, and Joseph's mother died during a seizure. Once home to more than 900 families, the Palma Nova mobile home park is a ghost town these days. Back in August, park owner Austin Forman told residents they had six months to move out.
