2. T Eugene Monroe

The Ravens gave a fourth- and fifth-round draft to acquire Eugene Monroe from Jacksonville at midseason year, and were pleased with the player they got. This 26-year-old has started 73 of the 76 games he's played in the NFL, and is a proven left tackle. Profootballfocus.com rated him the 10th-best left tackle in the NFL last season. He allowed four sacks, but only had two games with negative grades. He'll clearly command a salary north of $8 million a season.
