No. 21 -- Livan Hernandez

He went 24-24 in 71 career games (70 starts) with the Marlins, but Hernandez had an unforgettable 1997 rookie season. He won his first nine decisions and was named National League Championship Series and World Series MVP after going a combined 4-0 with a 23 strikeouts in 24 1/3 innings.
