As a long-time subscriber, my Sun-Sentinel has been a partner in saving me money. I'd say, thousands of dollars over the life of my subscription. Too many to count, but here's a few - I never go grocery shopping without my Sunday coupons from the Sun-Sentinel. I'll sometimes buy an extra paper if the coupons are outstanding. The savings add up to at at least $100 per month, factoring in restaurant coupons too. (Boston Market, Olive Garden, Steak n Shake, Sweet Tomatoes, Einstein Bagels). Then there's the store discounts - love those $10 off $20 Kohl's coupons that are stuck on the paper every few months! My husband saved over $100 on his new prescription eyeglasses using an ad from "Eyeglass Factory Outlet."
We bought our last car from a special offer advertised in the Auto section. As an "Insider" we get to attend free movies, shows and special events for entertainment savings.Shopping tips from the "Bargain Hunter" save me more on online deals, and Sally Deneen always has my back with her "Cutting Corners" column- her tips have saved me much $$ every year on everything from discounts & 2-4-1 days at local museums and attractions to saving on long distance - I now use "OneSuite" for out-of-the-country long distance calling based on her tip.
