Hippies are still alive and well this weekend in Florida.
Yes, hippies and flower power children came out to celebrate peace, love and tie-dye at the third annual Hippiefest in Daytona Beach, reports The Daytona Beach News-Journal.
The smell of incense and the sound of the Beatles' music filled the air as vendors sold paraphernalia and folks decked out in bell-bottoms strolled around.
According to the Hippiefest website there was music by Dave Mason, Mark Farner(Grand Funk Railroad), Rick Derringer, Felix Cavalieri (Rascals) and Gary Wright.
