It's the first Saturday of the month, which means you can visit the Allentown Art Museum for free with an ID and a Bank of America credit or debit card.
Admission is normally $12.
Also, a summer promotion starts Sunday, offering free admission through Sept. 7, according to the museum.
The Allentown museum is having a party on Saturday to kick-off of its summer exhibitions, which features "Of Heaven and Earth: 500 Years of Italian Painting From Glasgow Museums." Also on view are "Goya's Los Caprichos," opening Sunday, and selections from the Kasten collection.
Bank of America's Museum on Us program offers free admission at more than 150 U.S. venues on the first full weekend of each month. Each cardholder gets one free general admission on the first full weekend of each month. If you're up for the drive, there are four Philadelphia venues on the list, too.
The museum is at 31 N. 5th Street. Hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at 31 N. 5th Street, 610-434-7409, allentownartmuseum.org.
