Burge handed over three NicoDerm CQ patches instead of the documents the deputy had asked for -- his license, registration and proof of insurance, according to the report.<BR>

The 31-year-old Lake Worth dude, who had been told to sit in the back seat of the patrol car, then began to kick the car's side window and yell that "the Germans were after us," the affidavit states.<BR>
