No stranger to South Florida

Fabien Cousteau, grandson of the legendary Jacque Cousteau and founder of Plant A Fish works with Melanie Oringer, a senior from the Environmental Science and Everglades Restoration Magnet Program at South Plantation High School collecting mangrove seeds at John U. Lloyd State Park.  In celebration of the 2010 Mangrove Day, Fabien Cousteau launched Plant A Fish¿s Florida programs with the students and harvested approximately 1,000 mangrove seeds that will be grown in a nursery environment at South Plantation High School.
