Perhaps EA Sports knows something the FAU coaching staff doesn't, but it's more likely the other way around.
Either way, FAU quarterback Stephen Curtis finds himself (or whoever QB #10 is based off of, right Ed O'Bannon?) as the second-highest ranked player on the Owls in the NCAA Football 14 game.
Never mind that Curtis started one game last year and was pulled after a half against Wagner. Don't factor that Curtis has been overtaken for the starting job this year by Melvin German and Quez Johnson. Those things don't matter.
That's because this is clearly EA Sports and the NCAA's move to prove that there is no correlation between team rosters and the game. Well played.
Well, at least until the first roster update.
Anyway, the other top-rated FAU players (who may or may not be accurate avatars) include:
William Dukes 83, Jonathan Wallace 81, Damian Fortner 79, Cory Henry 79, Keith Reaser 78, Andrae Kirk 78, Quez Johnson 78, Jeremy McKnight 78, and Cre'von LeBlanc 77.Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
