Man shot while trying to hold up 3 federal agents in West Baltimore, police say

On a bitter cold day in Foxboro, with the wind chill plummeting to 14 degrees, treacherous footing and a stiff wind kept the game scoreless until 4:45 left in the fourth quarter, when Patriots coach Ron Meyer ordered snowplow operator Mark Henderson--on a work release from prison--to clear a spot for John Smith to try a 33-yard field goal. Don Shula goes ballistic, and Smith coverts.
