( Delray Beach Fire Rescue / January 2, 2013 ) An early morning blaze that gutted a Delray Beach hookah lounge on Jan. 1, 2013 was being investigated as an arson, said a spokeswoman with the Florida Division of State Fire Marshal. The fire caused an estimated $70,000 in damages. |
