Terry Stiles is the Chairman and CEO of Stiles, a premier single-source real estate development firm established in 1951. Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Mr. Stiles has grown this full-service real estate company into one of the largest in the Southeast. With over 40 million square feet completed, Mr. Stiles and his 260-person strong organization have garnered numerous awards for development and construction projects, including office, build-to-suit facilities, master-planned, mixed-use corporate parks, residential and retail shopping centers.
Mr. Stiles is most widely known for reshaping the Fort Lauderdale skyline, having developed several of the award-winning commercial projects on Las Olas Blvd. Today, Mr. Stiles and his team continue to execute his vision of developing innovative commercial projects that transform neighborhoods with One Plantation, Broward County’s first multifamily luxury rental apartment community designed to achieve LEED certification. In addition, Stiles recently solidified its expansion into North Carolina via a strategic alliance with Levine Properties, which will allow the company to development a pipeline of office and retail product, namely Publix-anchored shopping centers.
Mr. Stiles He is a former president of the non-profit organization, Jack and Jill Children’s Center and supports more than 30 charities from coast to coast in Florida, including Boys & Girls Club, Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity. One of Mr. Stiles most proud achievements was being awarded the ULI Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009 for his impact on the real estate industry. I.
