The city voted unanimously Wednesday to give the Holocaust Documentation & Education Center, Inc. a 90-day reprieve from a foreclosure lawsuit for failing to pay more than $200,000 in loan payments. A large portion the building is not being used now because it needs repairs to fix code violations, according to Hon Rositta Ehrlich Kenigsberg, President of the Center.
