The sirloin burger is remarkable. It is deeply seared over a hot flame so the exterior is crunchy and it is cooked perfectly to order, and the kitchen rightly says they take no responsibility for meat ordered well-done. Medium is plenty. The burger stacks up to more than three inches in height, but it's worth the struggle to consume. <br><br>
