The 12th annual South Beach Wine & Food Festival is set for Feb. 21-24.
The four-day festival features 50 events, from intimate wine seminars to blow out parties such as Moët Hennessy's The Q Hosted By Paula Deen and Sons and the Amstel Light Burger Bash presented hosted by Rachael Ray.
The festival gives foodies the chance to rub shoulders with their favorite celebrity chefs, sample some of the best food prepared by chefs from South Florida and across the country, and get cooking lessons courtesy of such luminaries as Martha Stewart, The Neely’s, Tyler Florence and Aaron Sanchez.
This year’s festival features four brunch events (including midday meals hosted by Bobby Flay, Daniel Boulud, and Trisha Yearwood) plus more beer and cocktail-focused festivities than ever before. Among them is a Spiegelau glassware-hosted beer tasting and an exploration of Peruvian pescado and pisco.
The official closing party is called Guy Fieri's Roadshow & Reggae with a peformance by Ziggy Marley and food from Ortanique on the Mile in Coral Gables.
