Tampa Bay's biggest microbrewery is struggling to satisfy demand for its flagship Jai Alai IPA, Cigar City's vice-president Justin Clark told the New Times Broward-Palm Beach.
Althought Jai Alai is the beer Cigar City brews the most of, Clark said production falls short. The brewery expanded to a brewing system twice its original capacity in recent months.
"Florida is our home market. ... We don't want to disappoint people, nor miss an opportunity," Clark told the New Times. "We've invested in more fermenters... and have constantly expanded since we've opened..."
