On his debut album, "You Are All I See," L.A.-based singer-songwriter Pat Grossi turns out moody, operatic numbers that often come across like heartbroken diary entries. "Wish I could change enough to be yours," he sings on one tune, his airy falsetto conveying a lifetime of hurt. The music often plays counterpoint to Grossi's aching words, however, bouncing from slinky R&B (the killer "Playing House") to more ornate numbers like the harp-flecked title track, which flutters in as playfully as a "Wayne's World" dream sequence.
